WARRANTIES

The Ethio-Spirulina PLC guarantees the total confidentiality of the data provided by the Customer and the possibility of requesting its correction at any time. The company also guarantees that the sum that the Customer will have to pay for the ordered goods will correspond exactly to the total that appears in the order summary before confirmation. No additional or hidden expenses will be charged on the order placed.to.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

The Ethio-Spirulina PLC entrusts its shipments to trusted couriers, depending on the service most suited to the place and the delivery method. The goods always travel with a document that describes the quantity, nature, packaging and weight of the waybill. Upon receipt, it is advisable to check that:he: • The number of packages corresponds to that shown on the waybill;
• The packages are not tampered with, damaged or closed by adhesive tape other than the one that has the company logo "Ethio-Spirulina";

The receipt of the ordered goods will take place:

Warranties and withdrawal
